23-year-old man dies after being shot in the chest, Raleigh police say

RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) - A 23-year-old man is dead after he was shot in the chest Monday afternoon in an incident off Dansey Drive.
Around 4 p.m., officers responded to a shooting call in the 4600 block of Dansey Drive, off Louisburg Road.
Jacinto Espinoa was found suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest, police said.
He was transported to WakeMed where he later died.
Raleigh police said the shooting is not being investigated as a homicide.
