Professionals gather for Bible Way Temple's Youth Department Career Fair

RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) - Professional panelists gathered in Raleigh for Bible Way Temple's Youth Department Career Fair including CBS 17 news anchor Felicia Bolton.

Jeff Mills, a former NFL player and stock broker, served on the panel as well.

Mills now works as an businessman.

Wake County Public School Employee Relations Senior Administrator Calvin Hooker joined the group.

Hooker provided additional perspective on how to dress and prepare for a job interview.

Officer Donald Norville with the Tarboro Police Department K-9 Unit and his K-9 were apart of the team.

His K-9 demonstrated tricks for the audience and responded to police commands.

Wake County Paramedic Kendra Hicks gave perspective into what first responders do everyday.

Hicks has saved enough lives to make a football team in the course of her career.

Michele Taylor with Data Management at Syneos also participated. Syneos Health is the only fully integrated bio pharmaceutical solutions organization. Taylor discuss the importance of continual education.

Bolton served as the final panelist for the event. Bolton talked about her career and the current state of local news.

The professionals spoke to residents and youth about their specific industry. The panel also talked about the importance of education and had a Q & A session at the end.
