Raleigh police investigating infant's death

RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) - Raleigh police said they are investigating the death of a baby.

Police said that a "Code Blue" situation was reported just after 7 p.m. Friday in the 3300 block of Gatcombe Place.

On Saturday afternoon, police said the person who died was a 7-month-old infant.

The baby died at the scene Friday evening, according to a news release.

Authorities said that the investigation is continuing.

No other information was released by officials.
