Raleigh woman charged with assaulting, threatening Millbrook HS assistant principal

RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) - A Raleigh woman is facing charges after police say she assaulted and threatened an assistant principal at Millbrook High School.

According to a police report, the incident occurred just before 11 p.m. on May 11. Kimberly Zientarski Moss, 44, of the 2500 block of Mt. Vernon Church Road, is accused of threatening and poking an assistant principal at the school. The report shows that the incident occurred at North Ridge Country Club in Raleigh, which is where Millbrook's prom was held.

According to an arrest warrant, Moss grabbed the assistant principal's arm several times, pointed her finger at his chest and told him, "I will kick you in the nuts."

Moss is facing charges of assault on a school employee and communicating threats. She was arrested Tuesday morning and charged.

Police did not reveal what events led up to the assault and threat.

The victim was not injured, police said.
