Neubert is due in court Thursday afternoon.

A report from the state medical examiner noted that Walsh used methamphetamine in the late evening on Feb. 1. It was reported she began to feel heartburn and shortness of breath but did not seek medical attention.

The report says she her husband called 911 a few hours later after finding Walsh in a delirious state. EMS arrived but she became unresponsive. Paramedics attempted to CPR and Narcan without success.

Arrest records show Neubert has a history of drug related arrested dating back several years. Her most recent arrest was in September for possession of drug paraphernalia. Her criminal record also includes charges for possession of methamphetamines, probation violation, and possession of controlled substances.
