RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — All of North Carolina’s congressional districts have each been approved for 15 federally funded projects.
That includes the 4th district which consists of Durham, Orange, Alamance, Person and Granville counties. CBS 17’s Russ Bowen sat down with democratic Rep. Valerie Foushee about what special project funding means for central North Carolina.
