GODWIN, N.C. (WNCN) — Three North Carolina teen boys who are accused of throwing rocks onto vehicles on I-95 appeared in court on Monday afternoon on new charges.

Alex Alvarado, 18, of Dunn, along with Bobby Shane Stone, 17, and Javier Prieto Jr., 18, both of Godwin  were all charged on Feb. 2 after 5 victims said rocks were thrown on their vehicles, police said.

They were each charged with five felony counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and five counts of damage to personal property.

Then, after two more victims came forward on Friday, Cumberland County detectives charged the teens with two more counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and five counts of damage to personal property.

On Monday, the trio appeared in court and bond was set for each teen at $350,000.

The case began after authorities received several 911 calls on Feb. 1 about rocks being thrown at cars on I-95 at the 65 mile marker overpass.

Ddeputies responded to Sherrill Baggett Road overpass and found a white BMW parked on the side of the road near a bridge. As deputies were searching the area, Bobby Shane Stone, 17, of Godwin, came out from under the bridge, officials said.

Stone was identified as the driver of the BMW and he told deputies two other people were under the bridge on the southbound side. When deputies looked under the bridge they found Javier Prieto Jr., 18, of Godwin, and Alex Alvarado, 18, of Dunn, deputies said.

In addition to the five original victims, two more came forward Tuesday.

Jerry Crawley of Victoria, Virginia, contacted the sheriff’s office in reference to damage done to his 2015 Freightliner truck. Crawley said a brick went through the roof of the truck about 10 p.m. Monday, leaving Crawley’s truck with a hole in the roof.

A second victim, Bill Patterson Trucking, out of Clayton, also reported that their company had a 2012 Peterbuilt truck with damage to the roof. The driver, Shaun Price, called the Bill Patterson Trucking office at about 9:30 p.m. and reported the truck being hit by something thrown from the bridge at mile marker 65.

The sheriff’s office originally reported five victims with damaged vehicles on I-95 from the rocks thrown from the bridge.

• Jerry Harrison of Ontana, South Carolina, had damage to the hood and windshield of his 2000 Freightliner truck.
• William Myers of Columbia, South Carolina, had damage done to the windshield of his 2007 Freightliner truck.
• Ismael Quintero of Sunrise Lake, Florida, had damage done to his 1995 International truck as well as the 2006 Chrysler 300 he was hauling.
• Billy Lee of Fayetteville, North Carolina, had damage done to the sunroof and top of his 2003 Chevrolet Impala.
• Frank Pope of Alexandria, Virginia, reported damage to the grill and roof of his 2015 Freightliner truck.
