4 arrested, 1 wanted in Alamance County home invasion involving sexual assault

GRAHAM, N.C. (WFMY) — The Alamance County Sheriff’s Office has arrested four people in a Graham home invasion involving a sexual assault that happened in November.

Investigators say they are looking for one more suspect.

The crime happened on Nov. 22, 2018, at a home on Thompson Mill Road around 11:30 p.m., according to the sheriff’s office.

Deputies say two women, including one who is elderly, reported that two men kicked in their front door and assaulted them. The women reported to police the men hit them with handguns and terrorized them during the robbery.

Deputies say one of the women said she was sexually assaulted.

Investigators say the motivation involved “Sweepstakes” money won by a relative of the women.

Deputies arrested Tiffany Simone Ramsey, Christopher Leo Featherstone, Raequan Terique Shell, and Kody Christopher King.

They are still looking for Tevonshe Jamarri Brown.

All suspects face the following charges: first-degree forcible sex offense, two counts of kidnapping, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to seriously injure, first-degree burglary, and robbery with a dangerous weapon.

Bond is set at $500,000 for each of the arrested suspects.
