Honey Mustard Vinaigrette
Yield- ½ Cup
Food Lion Mustard, Dijon- 1T
Food Lion Honey- 1tsp
Food Lion Cider vinegar- 1oz
Food Lion Oil, canola- 3oz

Food Lion Black pepper- pinch
1) In a small bowl add mustard and honey and whisk together.
2) Add cider vinegar and whisk together well with mustard and honey.
3) Slowly add oil while whisking a little at a time. The mixture should come together as an emulsification and begin to thicken as you whisk oil in a little at a time.
4) Add salt and pepper.
Ranch Dressing Makes 1 cup

1/3 cup STEP 1
Combine buttermilk, lemon juice, and mayonnaise in a bowl. Whisk well.

1/2 tsp STEP 2:
Add all of the spices to the buttermilk mixture and whisk well.
Mix well to ensure there are no clumps of spices
Chill in the refrigerator at 40°F or lower at least 12 hours before serving to allow to thicken
