Fayetteville police ask for help identifying men accused of forcing man into van, robbing him

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (WNCN) – Fayetteville police are asking for help identifying two suspects in an armed robbery that occurred in the parking lot of the Walmart at 2820 Gillespie St.

A news release said that on March 6, two men forced a victim into a white Honda Odyssey van. They robbed the man of his belongings before dropping him off at a different location.

The first suspect is between 5-foot-7 and 5-foot-11 and weighs roughly 140 pounds. He was wearing a black hoodie with reflective stripes on the sleeves, black pants, and black gloves. He was armed with a black handgun, police said.

The second suspect is also described as being between 5-foot-7 and 5-foot-11 and weighing about 140 pounds. He was wearing a gray jacket, red pants, and black gloves. He was said to be in his early 30s, police said.

The white Honda Odyssey has the license plate NC-25162176, which is stolen.
