FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (WNCN) - Fayetteville police found a deceased male inside a home and another male covered in blood early Sunday.
Police say officers responded to the Marathon gas station around 2:35 a.m. in the 700 block of Country Club Drive for reports of a man covered in blood. Responding officers located the man covered in blood.
After speaking with the man covered in blood, police determined the male lived on 3300 block of Cranbrook Drive.
Responding officers went to the male's last known residence on Cranbrook Drive. Once officers arrived on scene they made entry to the residence and located a deceased man with possible stab wounds. Fayetteville police detectives are currently interviewing the male who was covered in blood.
The names of both subjects are being withheld.
Police will release any additional information as it becomes available.
