Reward offered after Fayetteville teen dies in shooting

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C.(WNCN) - Police are looking for leads after a man was found shot to death in Fayetteville Saturday morning. 

The shooting happened about 3:45 a.m. in the 5600 block of McDougal Drive. 

When officers arrived, they found a male victim dead from a gunshot wound. 

Rayqwan J. Williams, 19, of the 600 block of Platinum Drive in Fayetteville was later identified as the victim, according to police.

Fayetteville/Cumberland County Crimestoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information submitted to Crimestoppers that leads to an arrest.

Detectives are asking anyone with information on the shooting to call Crimestoppers at 910-483-TIPS (8477).
