FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (WNCN) — Cumberland County deputies say they’re looking for a man who may have vital information about a deadly shooting in Fayetteville Friday night.
Saturday afternoon, deputies said they’re looking to speak with 34-year-old Maurice Richardson of Fayetteville and 32-year-old Brittany Moore of Hope Mills. Deputies later said they were not looking for Moore.
The news about Richardson comes after 58-year-old Don Flournoy, of Fayetteville, was killed Friday night, according to the sheriff’s office.

At about 7:56 p.m. Friday, deputies said they were called to the 2400 block of Eclar Drive in reference to a shooting.
Flournoy was shot and taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead, according to investigators.

Deputies said the circumstances surrounding the shooting remain under investigation.
