Raleigh man arrested in connection with Fayetteville prostitution sting

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (WNCN) - A Raleigh man was arrested Oct. 6 in connection with a prostitution bust at a Fayetteville massage parlor, a news release said.

Jian Nmn Xin Qui, 63, is charged with felony promotion of prostitution, keeping a place for prostitution, and practicing massage therapy without a license. He is being held at the Wake County Detention Center under a $50,000 bond.

The investigation is on-going, Fayetteville police said. The department's human trafficking unit also arrested 46-year-old Angel Ming Lin on July 10 and 73-year-old Dao Thi Holley.
