FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (WNCN) — A Fayetteville woman is being held on a $100,000 bond after police say she was involved in a deadly motorcycle crash this past weekend.
Wendy S. Sutton, 28, was involved in a crash that killed a motorcyclist around 7:30 p.m. March 10 along Bingham Drive at Lakeridge Drive, Fayetteville police say.
Sutton was driving a 2012 Toyota Camry at the time of the crash, police said.
Neron R. Pratt, 34, of Saint Pauls was driving a 2008 Yamaha motorcycle and died at the scene, according to police.
The crash was second deadly motorcycle wreck in Fayetteville on March 10. A woman in that crash had new charges filed against her Friday.
Sutton is charged with felony hit and run causing injury, misdemeanor death by vehicle, driving with a revoked license, and unsafe movement causing injury to a motorcyclist.
Sutton was taken to the Cumberland County Detention Center where she is being held.
