DURHAM, N.C. (WNCN) — Zion Williamson will not play in Saturday night’s game at North Carolina as he continues to recover from a Grade 1 right knee sprain, according to a press release from Duke’s Director of Sports Information.

Williamson, who is a freshman, sustained the injury on February 20th in a game against the University of North Carolina.
