Man dies following stabbing in Durham, police say

DURHAM, N.C. (WNCN) – Durham police said a man was stabbed to death late Sunday night off E. Cornwallis Road. 

Officers were called to the 100 block of East Cornwallis Road around 10 p.m. in reference to a stabbing. 

Responding officers found a male suffering from injuries related to the call. He was transported to the hospital where he later died, police said. 

The victim’s name is not being released at this time because next of kin have not been notified.

No charges have been filed.
