Durham police say they have arrested and charged a man with breaking into five Durham businesses in the past month, according to a news release.
The release said Kevin Gray Taylor was originally charged with breaking into Heag Pain Management on June 19, Durham Public Schools Staff Development Center on Jun 25, and Walkers Draperies and Interiors on June 29.
Police were unable to track down Taylor, but Monday authorities said he was in custody and also now charged in two other business thefts on July 11.
One theft was reported at Fonville Morisey at 1304 West N.C. 54 Highway and the other was at Childcare Network at 117 West Woodcroft Parkway, police said.
Taylor is being held in the Durham County Jail under a $25,000 bond.
