CHAPEL HILL, N.C. (WNCN) — Chapel Hill police say they have found a woman who vanished earlier this week.
Town officials said in a news release Friday that Tonya Sueann Tucker, 40, of Chapel Hill, was missing.
Tucker was last seen at her North Elliott Road home on Thursday, according to the news release.
Tucker was believed to be driving a silver or beige 2007 Chevy Malibu with a North Carolina license plate FLP-2758, officials said.
Around 1:35 p.m. Friday, police said that Tucker was found and is safe..
