2 women arrested after fight breaks out in Raleigh Waffle House

RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — Two women were arrested Wednesday morning in Raleigh following a fight at a Waffle House, according to police.

Police received a call just before 3 a.m. regarding a fight at the Waffle House located on New Bern Avenue and Trawick Road. According to officials, the fight occurred inside the restaurant and then spilled outside.

The women both suffered minor injuries but were not transported to the hospital.

Police said the women are facing charges, but did not provide the identity of the women or the charges they’re facing.

It’s unclear what started the fight.
