RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — The third suspect in a deadly shooting along Capital Boulevard has been arrested, police say.

Noel Aldolphus Matthews was charged early Saturday in the shooting death of a 21-year-old man on Capital Boulevard last weekend.

Matthews, 26, is charged with murder. He was arrested just before 1 a.m. Saturday, according to arrest records.

The incident was reported around 4:15 a.m. Sunday in the 3300 block of Capital Boulevard, which is just north of the intersection with Trawick Road.

“Upon their arrival, officers learned that an adult male had sustained gunshot wounds while sitting in a vehicle at that location,” the news release said.

The victim, later identified as Darrell Travonne Willie Greene, 21, was taken to WakeMed in a private vehicle, but later died at the hospital, police said.

Darius Jamal Harris-Allen, 26, of Wake Forest was later arrested without incident and charged with murder in Greene’s death.

On Tuesday, police said Leondra Montel Perry-Yarbrough, 21, was also charged with murder in connection with Greene’s death.

Yarbrough was taken into custody on Rice Street in Youngsville. He was then taken to the Wake County Detention Center.
