RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) - A fourth arrest has been made in connection to an illegal drug operation ran by Raleigh triplets out of their luxury apartments, warrants say.
Kevin Alfaro, 23, was arrested and faces multiple felony charges. Warrants show that police believe Alfaro was working with the Dossou brothers to make counterfeit pills containing fentanyl and Xanax.
The triplets are all facing felony charges, too.
