CARY, N.C. (WNCN) — A driver died when he was involved in a crash into another car and a tree in Cary on Saturday, officials said.
The incident happened around 3:45 p.m. along High House Lane near Davis Drive, according to Cary town officials.
Authorities said they believe the driver had a medical issue just before the crash.
The man who was driving went off the road, with his car hitting another vehicle and then smashing into a tree.
The driver of the other car was not injured.
Cary officials said they believe the man died before his car hit the tree.
The man who died has not been identified by authorities.
