Court documents: Man exposed penis to women, children in Raleigh parking lot

A Garner man accused of exposing his penis to multiple people, including children, is now behind bars, according to Wake County court documents and arrest records.

Gerardo Antonio Rodriguez-Arias, 31, is accused of exposing his penis while in the parking lot of an apartment complex located at 4029 Deep Hollow Drive in Raleigh, according to a Wake County Magistrate’s Order.

According to court documents, Rodriguez-Arias exposed himself to multiple people – at least two adults, as well as children ages 3 and 7 – on Tuesday. Documents say the suspect did this “for the purpose of arousing and gratifying [his] sexual desire.”

Rodriguez-Arias was arrested Tuesday afternoon and is charged with one misdemeanor count of indecent exposure and two felony counts of indecent exposure defendant 18 or older and victim under 16.

The suspect is being held on a $45,000 secured bond in the Wake County Detention Center.
