Raleigh man charged after shots fired into occupied property at McDonald’s

RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — A Raleigh man has been charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill after firing into an occupied property early Saturday, police say.

Andrew Robert Schray, 21, was arrested Sunday after the incident in the 9600 block of Falls of Neuse Road, according to a Raleigh police news release.

Police said shots were fired around 2:45 a.m. Saturday in the parking lot at the McDonald’s at 9698 Falls of Neuse Road.

Schray is also charged with discharging a weapon into occupied property and discharging a weapon in city limits.

No one was injured in the incident.
