RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — A 21-year-old Raleigh man is facing multiple charges after he fired a gun into another man's pickup truck in a hospital parking lot, according to a Wake County arrest warrant.
Andrew Robert Schray is charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, discharge weapon into occupied property, and discharge firearm in city, according to arrest records.
The charges stem from an incident that occurred on March 2 in the parking lot of WakeMed North Hospital, located at 10000 Falls of Neuse Road in Raleigh.
According to court documents, Schray fired a handgun into a 2015 Toyota Tundra that was occupied by two other men with the intent to kill them.
The arrest warrant does not indicate that either victim was injured in the shooting.
Schray is being held in the Wake County Detention Center under a $250,000 secured bond. His first court appearance is scheduled for Monday afternoon.
