Raleigh police investigating after 2 shot at strip mall on Atlantic Avenue

RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — Raleigh police are investigating after two people showed up at the hospital with gunshot wounds Wednesday night.

According to police, a shooting occurred in the 4900 block of Atlantic Avenue at a strip mall around 8 p.m.

Two shooting victims arrived at Duke Raleigh Hospital with gunshot wounds shortly after the shooting. Police said both victims were conscious and alert and were speaking with investigators.

No arrests have been made and police said they’re unaware of the circumstances surrounding the shooting at this time.
