RALEIGH, N.C> (WNCN) — Raleigh police are investigating after someone drove through a construction zone and struck a worker on Glascock Street around 2:20 p.m. on Monday.
The worker refused treatment and was not transported.
A car with a woman and a baby inside were also struck. They were not injured.
