RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) – The Dillon, an 18-story tower in downtown Raleigh, is now fully leased with the addition of Medable Inc., Kane Realty announced Tuesday.
Medable leased 5,729-square-feet on The Dillon’s 12th floor.
Medable, which is headquartered in Palo Alto, California, works to build “a unified platform for clinical trial execution, enabling patient generated data to drive clinical research, and precision and predictive medicine,” the company’s website says.
“We are pleased to add a healthcare technology company like Medable to the diverse office tenant mix at The Dillon,” said John Kane, CEO of Kane Realty Corporation. “We believe the successful office lease-up of The Dillon is a reflection of the vibrancy of this project and the exciting downtown Raleigh location.”
Medable CEO Dr. Michelle Longmire said the company will have state-of-the-art facilities in The Dillon and will take advantage of the Triangle’s “diverse high-technology talent pool.”
“This is an exciting time for Medable and marks a huge milestone for the company, its employees and clients who will all benefit from the opportunities this new office and geographic expansion presents,” said Longmire.
The Dillon has a total of 221,300-square feet of office space along with 270 apartment homes, covered parking in downtown Raleigh’s Warehouse District.
