Could the long-awaited Morgan Street Food Hall open next week?
The multi-vendor food court had announced an opening date of July 23, but officials said July 13 the opening would be delayed until sometime in August.
A news release said the rescheduling was due to “unforeseen delays in the final stages of the process.”
But Friday, Food Hall spokesman Ryan Smith said “Friends and Family night” is Saturday.
The hall will have a soft opening on Monday with food served beginning at 11 a.m., Smith said.
Twenty-two vendors are slated to make up the food hall in Raleigh’s Warehouse District.
This will be the first brick-and-mortar location for some.
For others, it will be a second location.
