Man sought in connection to Tenn. killing believed to have come to NC, has ties to Fayetteville, police say


NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – A Tennessee homicide victim’s car has been found in North Carolina.

Deon Brown, 24, was found dead, stabbed to death, Monday morning at Western Express on Centennial Place in Nashville.

A day later, his car – a white Pontiac G6 – was found in Hickory, N.C.

Metro police said they believe Christopher Gadsden, 26, drove the car there. He has ties to Fayetteville, North Carolina.

Gadsden is now wanted for questioning, as authorities want to know how he got Brown’s car and what, if anything, he may know about his killing, police said.
