Charles will lead a 4-week series to help you calm your mind and overcome stress, improve your health and well-being, heal the wounds from your past, realize true inner peace and discover your true potential.  The series is located at Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Raleigh on Wade Avenue on Wednesdays through April 8th at 7:00pm.
