DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN/WFLA) — Chick-fil-A stores nationwide are processing their payments as usual now following a brief outage for credit card payments Friday afternoon.
According to online posts and a Jackson Spalding for Chick-fil-A representative, the issue was with the chain’s third-party payment vendor. This temporarily stopped credit or debit card payments, as well as caused issues with mobile orders, for roughly an hour.
As such, locations in several cities were only able to cash payments.
The issue has been resolved and restaurants are back to operating as normal.
