Police in a North Carolina city are asking for the public to help them find a missing pregnant woman.
Carrie Bradshaw Crowther, age 49, was reported missing by her family from their home in Salisbury on Tuesday, her daughter Lauren Lusk, told police.
Crowther was seen the next day at a store in Statesville, WBTV reported.
Crowther was driving a Champaign-colored 2001 Mazda MPV van with an expired Kansas tag with unknown numbers, police told WCNC-TV.
Officials say Crowther is pregnant and is expected to have a C-Section delivery, Lusk told WSOC-TV. Lusk also told the TV station that her mom, who has a “high risk” pregnancy, was supposed to be at a hospital on Tuesday.
Salisbury police also said she might be traveling to the Linville Gorge area in North Carolina.
Anyone with information on Crowther’s whereabouts is asked to call the Salisbury Police Department at 704-638-5333 or Crime Stoppers at 1-866-639-5245.
