Teen took photos of women in NC 'Forever 21' dressing room, police say

WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) - A man was arrested Saturday for peeping on women as they changed in a Forever 21 women's store dressing room at the Independence Place Mall, police say.

Jennifer Dandron, a spokesperson for the Wilmington Police Department, said 18-year-old Josue Noe Acosta was arrested and charged with six counts of felony secret peeping.

Dandron said Acosta was taking pictures of women in the dressing room -- one of whom was a juvenile.

Acosta was placed in the New Hanover County Jail under a $65,000 bond and has since been released.
