BOCA RATON, Fla. (KRON) – How early is too early for an exam?

Apparently, 7 a.m. according to one college student in Florida.

Rafael Decomas, a student at Florida Atlantic University, was arrested last week after he tweeted a threat to kill his professor for scheduling an exam early in the morning, according to WPTV.

WPTV says he tweeted the following in a direct tweet to another user appearing to be his girlfriend:

“i gern (expletive) kill dis professor bey this is my confession to a premeditated murder.”

Decomas, who commutes to class, was upset he would have to wake up at 5 a.m. to make it to campus on time for the test at 7 a.m., according to police reports.

Decomas was charged with written threats to kill or do bodily injury.

He was released on bond last week.
