RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) – A teen has been charged with murder after woman was shot to death and a man was injured at a Raleigh bar Saturday morning, police said.

Officers responded to Mambo 69 sports bar located at 2221 New Hope Church Road just before 4:30 a.m. in reference to a shooting.

When officers arrived on scene, two shooting victims were located in the parking lot at the bar. Diana Medelin Ibarra-Luna, 22, and Felipe Nerve Gonzalez Arrellano, 22, were both transported to the hospital.

Ibarra-Luna died as a result of her injuries. Arrellano was treated and released.

Jonathan Roman, 19, has been charged with murder and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, Raleigh Police said around 7 p.m. Saturday.

Roman was transported to the Wake County Detention Center.
