DURHAM, N.C. (WNCN) — In this week’s Road Trippin’, Taniya Wright and Erin Clanahan went to Bull City Burger and Brewery to try their burgers and get pumped for March Madness.
They are known for their pasture-raised beef and freshly brewed beer. The restaurant won the Small Business of the Year award in 2018 from Business North Carolina.
Bull City Burger and Brewery works with local North Carolina farms to source all of their ingredients. Everything served in the restaurant is made fresh in-house.
At the core of Bull City Burger and Brewery’s values is sustainability. The restaurant operates leaving the smallest carbon footprint possible. Their food waste gets recycled back into farms as animal feed.
Bull City Burger and Brewery was the first certified B-Corp brewpub in North Carolina.
