SPARTANBURG, S.C. (WNCN)- Campbell will play for the Big South regular season title Saturday after downing USC Upstate 85-73 Wednesday night.

Chris Clemons paced the Camels with 32 points, with Ja’Cor Nelson adding 17 and Andrew Eudy 15 in the win. Clemons hit 11-of-22 from the floor and 6-7 from the line, while also pulling down 5 rebounds.  He also had four assists and four steals.

Clemons is 6th on the all-time NCAA Division 1 scoring list, and the nation’s leading scorer, while extending his double-figure scoring streak to 111 games.  That streak is the longest among all active players.

Campbell won its third straight game and fifth out of the last six.  In playing for the regular season title Saturday afternoon, the Camels take on a Radford team they defeated 68-67 at Radford last month. The winner will also host the conference tournament.  Game time is 2 p.m. at Buies Creek.
