DURHAM, N.C. (WNCN) – Duke’s Cam Reddish declared for the 2019 NBA Draft, according to an announcement made on his Instagram account.

His decision comes a day after teammate and fellow freshman RJ Barrett said he was leaving Duke after a season to pursue a professional career. Zion Williamson, another Blue Devil rookie, is also expected to depart for the NBA.

It was not immediately clear if Reddish hired an agent.

Reddish averaged 13.5 points per game for Duke this past season, which ranked third on the team behind Barrett and Williamson.

Reddish, Barrett, and Williamson were three of the top five in the 2018 recruiting class.

Duke’s season came to an end in a 68-67 loss to Michigan State in the Elite 8.
