RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) – N.C. State junior wide receiver Kelvin Harmon has announced he will forgo his senior year and enter the 2019 NFL Draft.
In a Twitter post, Harmon said his three years at N.C. Stat have been the “greatest experience of my life.”
Harmon will sit out of the Gator Bowl against Texas A&M on Jan. 31.
“We are proud of Kelvin and all that he’s accomplished in his career,” said head coach Dave Doeren. “We wish him the best as he prepares for the next level.”
Harmon has been a dominate force on offense for the Wolfpack.
He finished his career in red and white with 177 career receptions for 2,665 yards.
In 2018, he finished with 81 catches for 1,186 and 7 touchdowns. He eclipsed the 1,000 yard mark in 2017, too. He hauled in 69 passes for 1,017 yards.
