GARNER, N.C. (WNCN) — Construction on I-40 West near Garner is causing significant delays during the Friday morning commute.
Construction on I-40 usually ends around 7 a.m., but NCDOT cameras show backup for miles near the Wake County and Johnston County border.
It is unknown when the traffic will clear up.
